Women’s Society of Christian Service

WSCS is an integral part of the Epworth Methodist English Church

Our Mission

• To grow in faith.
• To demonstrate Christ’s love to those around us
• To bring women closer to each other in their spiritual journey.

Our Activities

• Regular meetings

• We meet on the third Sundays of every month after the Church Service, sing songs of praise and worship.
• All the prayer requests are shared and prayers offered.
 

• Special Sundays

• WSCS Sunday is held every year wherein the members participate enthusiastically.
• World Day Of Prayer is observed in the month of March and we pray for the afflicted women around the world.
 

• Bible Study

• We conduct online Bible study weekly to enrich our spiritual knowledge
 

• Retreat

• We also organise an Annual picnic cum retreat for a time of fellowship and recreation.

Other Activities

• We take part in district and regional WSCS meetings and seminars.
• We take part in annual sale of work where women bring their homemade delicacies.
• WSCS-EMEC give thanks and praise God for enabling us to contribute our best for His glory.
